QXL Swirl‑Flow Fluid‑Bed Granulator & Coater for Multi‑Industry Powder Pellet Processing. The QXL turbojet fluidized bed granulation and coating machine adopts blade-type fluidized bed structure with angled blades. Airflow passes through gaps between blades to form strong swirling circulating air flow, driving materials to move in an ordered vortex state.

Pneumatic nozzles mounted on side walls spray adhesive or coating liquid into swirling material layer, enabling powder materials to be made into granules or achieve continuous and uniform coating film.
