The MIL-C-26482 Series I Quick Bayonet Circular Electrical Connector is a small-size, medium-density connector designed for reliable signal and power interconnection. It features quick bayonet locking, solder contacts, flexible contact layouts, and durable shell options for high-reliability electrical systems.
This circular connector series is available in 9 shell sizes, 4 surface finishes, 6 plug styles, 18 receptacle mounting styles, 3 contact types, and more than 30 contact arrangements. Shell materials include aluminum alloy, copper alloy, and stainless steel, offering flexible choices for different application environments.
The connector provides excellent mechanical and environmental performance, including an operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C, durability of ≥500 mating cycles, shock resistance up to 490 m/s², and random vibration resistance from 10 Hz to 2000 Hz at 147 m/s². It is widely used in commercial systems, mili-tary equipment, aerospace platforms, industrial control systems, and high-reliability electronic devices.
