J30J-66ZKP-A3 High Density Micro Rectangular Connector 66 Socket Contacts Receptacle
The J30J micro rectangular connector series provides a miniature and high-density electrical connection solution for electronic devices with strict requirements on size, weight, and connection reliability. The product is designed according to GJB2446A, equivalent to MIL-C-83513, and is structurally similar to the MDM series micro rectangular connector.
The contact system adopts elastic stranded pin technology, also referred to as twist pin technology. This structure helps ensure stable contact force, reliable mating, and consistent circuit continuity, especially in equipment exposed to vibration, impact, or repeated connection cycles. With 1.27 mm transverse spacing and 1.1 mm row spacing, the connector can support multiple circuits in a compact rectangular interface.
A metal shielding shell is used to enhance the connector’s structural strength and shielding capability. Optional metal rear covers are available for cable assembly, protection, and installation requirements. The series offers 11 contact layouts, including 9, 15, 21, 25, 31, 37, 51, 66, 74, 100, and 144 contacts, allowing flexible selection according to circuit density and product structure.
The J30J series supports wire-to-wire, wire-to-board, and board-to-board connection methods. PCB mounting types can be modified with suitable tail structures to meet different board hole spacing. By combining miniaturization, high contact density, light weight, installation flexibility, and dependable environmental performance, this series offers a balanced rectangular connector solution for compact instruments, control systems, communication equipment, test devices, and electronic modules.
