MIL-DTL-38999 Series III 20FA35PN Circular Connector Wall Mount Receptacle 6-Pin Male Contacts
The triple-start threaded anti-loosening connector is developed for reliable signal connection in applications requiring secure mating, fast coupling, and stable electrical performance. Its anti-loosening threaded structure helps maintain connection integrity under vibration and impact, while the anti-oblique insertion contact design improves installation accuracy and prevents incorrect mating.
This connector supports multiple contact specifications with different current ratings. The 22D contact supports up to 5 A, 20# contact up to 7.5 A, 16# contact up to 13 A, 12# contact up to 23 A, and 10# contact up to 40 A. Low contact resistance helps reduce signal loss and improve electrical continuity.
With insulation resistance of ≥5000 MΩ at 500 VDC and shell conductivity options for W, F, FT, K, and TA classes, this connector is suitable for high-reliability electronic equipment, signal interconnection systems, mili-tary electronics, aerospace platforms, and rugged industrial applications.
