MIL-DTL-38999 Series J599/20 Square Flange Receptacle Circular Connector 5A to 40A
This connector is designed with a triple-start threaded quick-coupling mechanism and an integrated anti-loosening structure, ensuring secure mating and stable locking performance under vibration, impact, and dynamic operating conditions. The threaded coupling design enables fast connection while maintaining excellent mechanical retention, making the connector suitable for high-reliability signal transmission applications.
The contact system adopts an anti-oblique insertion design, which improves assembly accuracy and helps prevent contact damage caused by incorrect insertion. Different contact sizes are available to meet various current-carrying requirements, with rated currents ranging from 5 A to 40 A and low contact resistance for stable electrical performance.
The connector provides an insulation resistance of ≥5000 MΩ at 500 VDC, ensuring reliable electrical isolation. Shell conductivity options are available according to different coating classes, supporting stable grounding and shielding performance in demanding electrical systems.
