The JGB599 III Series Electrical Connector, compliant with GJB599B / MIL-DTL-38999M Series III standards, is a high-reliability circular electrical connector designed for demanding signal connection applications. This series adopts a triple-start threaded quick-coupling mechanism with an integrated anti-loosening structure, providing fast mating, secure locking, and excellent connection stability under vibration, shock, and harsh environmental conditions.
The connector features a compact structure, lightweight design, and high contact density, making it suitable for advanced electronic systems where space saving and weight reduction are important. It is equipped with effective electromagnetic shielding to help maintain signal integrity in complex electrical environments. The contacts are removable and available in press-fit, solder, and PCB termination types. The anti-misalignment insertion design helps prevent incorrect contact installation and improves assembly reliability.
The product is suitable for electrical signal interconnection in environments exposed to strong vibration, rain, wind-blown sand, humidity, and elevated temperatures. The 12# and 16# contact cavities can be configured with fiber optic contacts, while 12#, 10#, and 8# positions can accommodate coaxial or shielded contacts. This flexible contact arrangement enables the connector to support electrical signal, optical fiber, coaxial, and shielded transmission within one rugged connector platform.
For mechanical construction, the shell can be made of aluminum alloy, stainless steel, or titanium alloy, while the insulator is available in thermosetting or thermoplastic materials. Seals and gaskets are made of silicone rubber to ensure reliable environmental protection. Plating options include W cadmium green, F chemical nickel, K stainless steel passivation, FT aluminum alloy nickel plating, and TA titanium alloy. With a mechanical life of 500 mating cycles, 300g half-sine shock resistance, 60g sine vibration resistance, and random vibration capability up to 49.5g RMS, this series is well suited for aerospace, defense electronics, communication systems, industrial control equipment, and other high-reliability applications.
