J30J-15ZKW Micro-D Rectangular Electrical Connector 15 Socket Contacts Right Angle PCB Receptacle
J30J series micro rectangular electrical connectors are precision high-density connectors developed for compact electronic systems requiring reliable and space-saving interconnection. The series is designed in accordance with GJB2446A, equivalent to MIL-C-83513, and its structure corresponds to the U.S. MDM series, making it suitable for applications where small size, light weight, and stable electrical performance are required.
This series uses elastic stranded contact pins, commonly referred to as twist pin contacts. This contact design provides good elasticity, stable contact pressure, reliable mating performance, and consistent electrical continuity. With a transverse pitch of 1.27 mm and a row spacing of 1.1 mm, the connector achieves high contact density while maintaining a compact rectangular structure.
The connector is built with a metal shielding shell to enhance mechanical strength and shielding performance. A metal rear cover can be selected according to cable assembly, protection, and installation requirements. The series is available in 9, 15, 21, 25, 31, 37, 51, 66, 74, 100, and 144 contact arrangements, providing flexible choices for different circuit densities.
J30J connectors can support cable-to-cable, cable-to-PCB, and PCB-to-PCB interconnection. Board-mount versions can be supplied with modified tail structures to match different PCB hole spacing requirements. With high density, lightweight design, miniaturized structure, and reliable performance under vibration and impact conditions, the J30J series is a balanced rectangular connector solution for compact electronic equipment.
