J30J-15ZKW-J Micro-D Rectangular Connector 15 Contact Right Angle PCB Receptacle with Gold-Plated Contacts
J30J micro rectangular connectors are designed for reliable electrical interconnection in equipment where installation space and weight are strictly limited. The product conforms to GJB2446A, equivalent to MIL-C-83513, and is structurally comparable to the MDM series. It is suitable for high-density signal transmission and compact circuit connection in precision electronic systems.
The contact system adopts elastic stranded pins, also known as twist pins. Compared with ordinary rigid contacts, this contact structure helps provide more stable mating, improved contact reliability, and better adaptability to vibration and impact. The compact layout features a 1.27 mm transverse pitch and 1.1 mm row spacing, allowing multiple circuits to be connected in a very small connector envelope.
The series is equipped with a metal shielding shell, which helps improve structural protection and electromagnetic shielding performance. Optional metal rear covers are available for cable protection, assembly reinforcement, and different installation needs. Standard contact arrangements include 9, 15, 21, 25, 31, 37, 51, 66, 74, 100, and 144 pins, covering low-contact, medium-contact, and high-contact configurations.
The J30J series can be used for cable-to-cable connection, cable-to-board connection, and board-to-board connection. PCB-mounted models can be adapted with tail modifications to suit different printed circuit board hole spacing. Combining high contact density, small size, light weight, flexible mounting accessories, and dependable environmental performance, this series provides a practical and well-balanced rectangular connector option for demanding compact systems.
