J30J-25ZKW-J Micro-D Rectangular Connector 25 Contact Right Angle PCB Receptacle with Gold-Plated Contacts

The J30J series micro rectangular electrical connector is a compact interconnection solution designed for electronic systems that require high-density wiring in a limited installation space. This series is manufactured in accordance with GJB2446A, equivalent to MIL-C-83513, and has a structure corresponding to the MDM series micro rectangular connector.

The contact system uses elastic stranded pin contacts, often called twist pin contacts, which help ensure stable contact pressure, reliable mating, and consistent electrical continuity. With a transverse pitch of 1.27 mm and a row spacing of 1.1 mm, the connector can accommodate more circuits in a smaller rectangular interface, making it suitable for equipment where miniaturization and lightweight design are important.

The connector is equipped with a metal shielding shell for mechanical protection and improved signal shielding performance. A metal rear cover can be selected according to cable assembly, wiring protection, and structural requirements. The series provides 11 contact arrangements, including 9, 15, 21, 25, 31, 37, 51, 66, 74, 100, and 144 pins, offering flexible options for different circuit layouts.

J30J connectors can be used for cable-to-cable, cable-to-PCB, and PCB-to-PCB interconnection. Board-mount versions can be supplied with modified tail designs to match different PCB hole spacing. With compact size, high contact density, flexible mounting accessories, and reliable resistance to vibration and impact, the J30J series is suitable for precision electronic equipment requiring stable and space-saving rectangular connector performance.
