J30J-37ZKW Micro-D Industrial Rectangular Connectors 37 Contact Right Angle PCB Receptacle
The J30J micro rectangular connector series is designed for equipment where connector size, weight, and contact density must be carefully controlled. It follows GJB2446A requirements, equivalent to MIL-C-83513, and has a structure corresponding to the MDM series, making it suitable for compact electronic devices that require dependable electrical interconnection.
The contact system adopts elastic stranded pin technology, also called twist pin technology. This structure improves contact flexibility and helps maintain stable electrical performance under vibration, impact, and frequent mating conditions. The high-density arrangement uses 1.27 mm transverse pitch and 1.1 mm row spacing, allowing more signal lines to be integrated into a reduced connector size.
A metal shielding shell is used to enhance structural strength and signal protection. For cable termination or additional protection, an optional metal rear cover can be provided. The product range includes 11 contact layouts: 9, 15, 21, 25, 31, 37, 51, 66, 74, 100, and 144 pins, giving users flexible choices for different circuit requirements.
The J30J series can be applied to wire-to-wire, wire-to-board, and board-to-board interconnection. PCB-mounted types can be modified with suitable tail designs to match different board hole spacing. Combining compact dimensions, reliable contact performance, high wiring density, flexible accessories, and good environmental adaptability, this series is suitable for instruments, control modules, communication equipment, testing systems, and other space-limited electronic applications.
