J30J-100ZKP-A3 High Density Micro Rectangular Connector 100 Socket Contacts Receptacle
The J30J micro rectangular connector series is developed for applications where multiple signal circuits need to be connected through a compact, lightweight, and reliable interface. The series complies with GJB2446A, equivalent to MIL-C-83513, and is compatible in structure with the MDM-type micro rectangular connector design.
This connector adopts elastic stranded pin technology, commonly known as twist pin contact technology. The twist pin structure provides good elasticity and contact stability, helping the connector maintain reliable electrical performance during mating, operation, vibration, and impact conditions. The high-density contact layout uses a 1.27 mm transverse pitch and 1.1 mm row spacing, allowing the product to deliver efficient circuit connection while reducing occupied space inside the equipment.
A metal shielding shell is used to provide structural strength and shielding protection. Optional metal rear covers can be supplied for cable termination, assembly reinforcement, and additional protection. Available contact counts include 9, 15, 21, 25, 31, 37, 51, 66, 74, 100, and 144 pins, covering different low-density, medium-density, and high-density wiring requirements.
The J30J series supports wire-to-wire, wire-to-board, and board-to-board connection forms. PCB-mounted products can be adjusted with suitable tail structures according to PCB hole spacing. With its high contact density, small outline, light weight, flexible installation method, and dependable environmental adaptability, this series is an effective rectangular connector choice for compact instruments, control units, communication equipment, test devices, and precision electronic modules.
