Installation Guide

- Dual-Component Adhesive Application: Wipe dust off the board back. Implement the "Dual-Adhesive Method": apply large dots of heavy-duty nail-free glue for instant positioning, and continuous waves of neutral silicone structural adhesive along edges for 10+ years of tensile strength.
- Panel Bedding & Air Evacuation: Align the prepped board to the wall. Press firmly from the center outward to evacuate trapped air. Gently tap with a rubber mallet to flatten adhesive to a uniform 1-2mm thickness.
- Profile Jointing & Edge Trimming: Install specialized aluminum alloy or premium PVC H-trims and corner profiles at panel joints. Maintain a uniform 1.5mm gap between panels for seamless finishing.
- Structural Curing & Film Stripping: Allow adhesive to cure undisturbed for 24 to 48 hours. Once fully cured, strip the protective PE film to reveal the high-gloss, scratch-resistant mirror finish.
