Q1: Can I stick these directly onto a damp basement wall with active mold?

A: For the best and healthiest results, you should wipe away any loose, active mold with a bleach solution and let the wall dry first. Once the surface is stable, our 3D foam panels will act as a permanent seal, blocking any residual dampness and stopping new mold from growing or entering your living space.


Q2: Will the humidity in a bathroom or kitchen cause the corners to peel off?

A: Not at all. Our upgraded acrylic backing is a hydrophobic adhesive. It is completely unaffected by steam, splashing water, or high humidity. It is perfect for bathroom walls (outside the direct shower stall) and kitchen backsplashes, and the corners will remain sealed for years.


Q3: Does the foam absorb water and smell bad over time?

A: No, it cannot absorb water. Unlike open-cell sponges, our XPE foam is closed-cell, meaning each tiny bubble is sealed shut. Water and vapor cannot penetrate the interior, so the panels will never become waterlogged, soggy, or develop that unpleasant damp musty odor.
