140*25mm Composite WPC Decking Panel UV Resistant Reversible Design
This cost-effective, reversible design traditional WPC decking is engineered for budget-conscious commercial landscapes and versatile outdoor living. By compounding reclaimed wood fibers and recycled polymers without expensive outer capping, it achieves a highly competitive project cost. Featuring dual-sided profiles—classic grooved textures on one side and natural woodgrain on the other—it supports flexible installation.
- Unmatched Cost Effective Affordability: Our traditional first-generation WPC decking offers exceptionally low upfront product cost. By eliminating the premium capping layer process, it delivers significant budget advantages for large-scale public boardwalks, municipal park projects, and budget-friendly backyard renovations.
- Flexible Reversible Design Options: Each decking board features a multi-functional reversible profile. One side has a sleek, modern anti-slip grooved channel texture for heavy foot traffic, while the reverse side boasts a rustic natural woodgrain surface, providing two style options in one product.
- Solid & Uniform Mechanical Material: Gen-1 WPC decking features a homogenous mix of wood fiber and polymer from core to surface, responding beautifully to standard carpentry tools. It can be routed, sawed, and drilled uniformly without risks of outer shell chipping, ensuring reliable on-site engineering installation.

A1: It is highly cost effective because its manufacturing process is more straightforward than second-generation coextrusion, saving manufacturing energy and raw cap expenses. This allows commercial buyers to secure massive square-meter volumes of durable composite flooring at a fraction of the premium market price.
A2: The reversible design dramatically reduces material waste and layout mistakes on site. If a section requires a slip-resistant ramp, contractors can use the grooved side; for sitting areas, they can flip it to the woodgrain side. This versatility allows a single stock item to fulfill multiple architectural layout purposes.
A3: No, it does not. Even though it is an uncapped first-generation composite, the color pigments and anti-rot binders are deeply mixed into the entire board material. It will never rot, warp, or require annual sanding, staining, or sealing, maintaining a much lower maintenance cost than natural treated timber.
A4: Like all traditional uncapped composites, it will experience a natural color adjustment (fading slightly) during the first 2 to 3 months of outdoor UV exposure as the natural wood fibers adapt. Once this initial natural weathering stage stabilizes, the color remains consistent and uniform for the rest of its long service life.
