The H5250i-1 is an open-frame portable pure sine-wave inverter gasoline generator designed for global export markets including Southeast Asia, Middle East, Africa, Latin America and Australia.
This generator achieves competitive procurement cost while adopting high-grade 4-stage AC-DC-AC inverter core, delivering clean power with THD ≤3%. It safely powers air-conditioners, refrigerators, power tools, laptops and monitoring equipment with rated power of 4.2 kW and peak max power of 5.3 kW.
This unit generates grid-grade clean power via four-step energy conversion:
- Power Generation: 4-stroke gasoline engine drives alternator to produce fluctuating high-frequency three-phase AC.
- Rectification: High-efficiency rectifier converts unstable AC into smooth DC voltage to eliminate voltage fluctuation caused by engine RPM change.
- Inversion: PWM chip converts DC power into 20 kHz high-frequency modulated sine-wave to realize real-time precise voltage regulation.
- Filtering: Multi-stage low-pass filter removes high-frequency noise and outputs stable standard 50 Hz pure sine-wave AC power.
THD ≤3%, much better than conventional open-frame generators whose THD exceeds 20%, effectively avoiding damage to precision electronic devices.

- Fuel Tank ON/OFF Switch: Keep ON during operation; switch to OFF after shutdown to prevent gasoline volatilization and leakage during storage & transportation.

When overload, low oil or overheating triggers inverter cut-off, press reset button after troubleshooting to release fault lock and restart inverter without full engine shutdown.
Built-in load-sensing module. When no load is connected, engine automatically drops RPM to save fuel consumption by approx 10%. Instantly raise rotation speed once appliances are switched on.
Two identical H5250i-1 can work in parallel to double total power output for air-conditioners and heavy-duty power tools. Cross-brand or cross-model parallel is strictly forbidden for safety concern.
