1. Conductor – High-Purity Stranded Copper

Material: High-purity oxygen-free copper (Cu ≥99.95%), compliant with IEC 60228 Class 1/2. Low resistivity, high conductivity.

Structure: Stranded or compacted stranded for flexibility and easy installation (tight spaces, high drops). Uniform current distribution, no local overheating.

Core options: 3-core (three-phase AC) or 4-core (3-phase + neutral for protection/control).
2. Insulation – XLPE

Material: Cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE). Long-term operating temperature 90°C; short-circuit withstand 250°C (≤5s).

Advantages: Lower dielectric loss, higher insulation resistance than PVC. Resists chemicals and moisture. Thickness rated to voltage (GB/T 12706).
3. Inner Sheath – PVC Bedding

Material: High-density PVC. Tough, moisture-resistant.

Function: Separates insulation from armour. Prevents damage during transport/laying. Dust- and moisture-proof.
4. Armour – Galvanized Steel Wire (SWA)

Material: High-strength galvanized steel wire (tensile ≥350 N/mm²). Corrosion-resistant.

Structure: Helical winding. Resists impact, compression, rodents (IEC 60229). Better tensile strength than steel tape armour (YJV22). Suitable for high-drop, riverbed, or shallow water installations.
5. Outer Sheath – PVC or LSZH

Material: Standard PVC (ST 2) or LSZH (low smoke zero halogen) – field selectable.

Function: Wear-resistant, UV-resistant, corrosion-resistant. LSZH reduces toxic fumes in fire, ideal for public buildings and high-rise applications.
