   Cross-linked polyethylene insulation boasts excellent dielectric strength and stable insulation performance under high voltage. It resists heat aging effectively, will not soften or deform easily under long-time high temperature operation, and maintains stable insulation property throughout the whole service cycle. It also features low dielectric loss, ideal for continuous high-voltage power transmission.
2. Durable PVC Outer Sheath

    

   The PVC outer layer provides strong physical protection against abrasion, compression and tear. It stands well against common chemical substances like engine oil and detergent used in vehicle environment. The material also has good weather resistance, suitable for indoor vehicle wiring and outdoor charging equipment layout.
3. Two Structure Options for Different Usage

    

   Shielded version adds tinned copper braided shielding layer. It blocks external electromagnetic interference effectively, prevents signal disturbance inside vehicle electronic and charging systems, fully meets EMC requirements for new energy vehicles. Unshielded type features simpler structure, cost-effective and easy for installation, perfect for conventional high-voltage loops with low interference demand.
4. Premium Copper Conductor

    

   Adopts multi-strand stranded copper conductor. This design improves cable flexibility and lowers conductor resistance. Under large current load, it generates less heat and ensures steady power delivery. The stranded structure also makes the cable easy to bend and route inside narrow vehicle spaces.
5. Wide Temperature Adaptability
