The VNMG-BM insert is the primary recommended chipbreaker for semi-finishing of Group M materials. Featuring sharp cutting edges and low cutting resistance, it delivers reliable chip handling even at small depths of cut. The edge honing technology suppresses the formation of built-up edge. With a 35° rhombic geometry, it achieves minimal interference and excellent profile-following performance for complex contour turning of stainless steel, ensuring stable semi-finishing operations.
