Product Overview
TCMT-TM is a 60° triangular positive rake indexable turning insert with TM chipbreaker, designed for semi-finishing turning of steel materials. With 7° positive clearance angle, it features sharp cutting edge and low cutting force, delivering stable chip control for both OD turning and ID boring. Optimized for medium feed and moderate depth of cut in semi-finishing operations, it provides good surface finish. The carbide substrate with wear-resistant coating balances tool life and machining stability.
