VNMG-GF 35° Rhombic Turning Insert with GF Chipbreaker for Finishing Operations
VNMG-GF is a 35-degree rhombic negative-rake indexable carbide turning insert with GF finishing chipbreaker. Featuring four usable cutting edges, the sharp 35° corner enables profile turning, shoulder machining, and internal finishing operations. The GF chipbreaker reduces cutting force and suppresses vibration under small depth-of-cut and low feed conditions, delivering excellent surface finish.
Designed for finishing turning of carbon steel, alloy steel, and stainless steel, this insert is primarily suitable for continuous cutting rather than heavy interrupted cutting. It is widely used for precision turning of mechanical and automotive components.
