The DNMA 55° rhombic turning insert is a holeless negative insert featured with flat chipbreaker and durable CVD coating. It provides superior edge strength and abrasive resistance, specially optimized for roughing and semi-finishing of grey cast iron and ductile cast iron. Suitable for continuous turning and light interrupted cutting with casting scale and minor surface defects, it delivers stable cutting performance and long tool life for general cast iron machining.
