Under the rotation of the coating roller, the core moves continuously inside the roller. A peristaltic pump delivers the coating medium to the spray gun and sprays it onto the surface of the core. Under negative pressure, the air intake unit supplies clean hot air into the wafer bed according to the set program and process parameters to dry the core. The hot air is discharged through the exhaust air unit through the bottom of the core layer, so that the coating medium sprayed on the surface of the core can quickly form a strong, dense, smooth, and rounded surface film, completing the coating process.
