This dynamic mixing hopper is a specialized, reusable mixing container for pharmaceutical solid dosage forms. It is crafted from high-quality stainless steel and offers standard capacities from 200L to 1000L. The overall square shape features a 60° conical bottom, with a mirror-polished inner wall eliminating unsanitary corners and ensuring smooth material flow without powder accumulation. Equipped with braked, silent swivel casters at the bottom, it allows for flexible transport within mixing, batching, tableting, and filling workshops. Integrating closed mixing, material storage, and workshop turnover functions, it eliminates repeated material transfer steps, reducing the risk of cross-contamination of pharmaceutical from the source.

The equipment has a pre-installed standardized clamping flange for precise clamping and locking with a column-mounted mixer, achieving fully enclosed powder mixing operations with no dust leakage. The conical bottom is equipped with a standard DN discharge interface, compatible with vacuum feeding and dust removal systems, and suitable for automated production lines.
