Custom Metal Tube Bending Tube-Exchange Hot Water Tanks for Beer Wort Cooling
This coil-type water tank consists of a liquid storage tank, a coil heat exchanger assembly, inlet and outlet connections, and a support structure. The tank is fabricated from welded stainless steel and features a high-efficiency heat exchange coil inside. The internal serpentine coil is designed with a continuous bend structure to increase the heat transfer path and improve heat transfer efficiency. Inlet and outlet connections for the medium are provided on the exterior of the tank to facilitate connection to refrigeration, circulation, or heat exchange systems.
