Q3: Do you accept factory inspection?
A3: Yes, warm welcome customers to visit our workshop and test equipment on site. We support live video factory tour if you cannot come to China temporarily.

A6: Standard models support Modbus communication to connect with monitoring system; optional WiFi remote control module for mobile phone real-time parameter checking, alarm reminder and parameter modification.
Q7: What refrigerants do you use for precision AC?
A7: Mainly eco-friendly R410A, R134a; we can replace with R32, R290 low-GWP refrigerants to meet local environmental regulations in your country.
Q8: Do you support OEM / ODM customized service?
A8: Yes, full OEM & ODM service available: custom unit size, voltage (380V/220V/415V 50/60Hz), brand logo, control panel language (English, Spanish, Russian, Vietnamese), special refrigerant, remote monitoring system, cabinet color. We can design new model drawing based on your working conditions.
Q9: Do you provide technical drawing and parameter sheet?
A9: Yes. After confirming the model, we supply dimension drawing, technical datasheet, wiring diagram, installation manual in English PDF files for your project design.
