A3: If stocked items, samples can be shipped out in priority. If out of stock, the sample will be produced according to customers' design and requirements.

A4: You can get free sample in our stock but you need to pay for shipping. For custom samples, if the quantity reaches our MOQ, we can refund the sample fee with your bulk production order.
Q5: How long can I expect to get the sample?
A5: After payment and confirmed files, samples ready in 3-7 days. Delivery via express takes 3-5 days. You can use your own express account or prepay.
