9-26 High Pressure Centrifugal Fan
* Model No.3.5A~16D of 9-26 high pressure centrifugal fan has two driving structures: Type-A (direct-coupled motor drive) & Type-D (flexible coupling belt drive), composed of backward curved high-pressure impeller, volute casing, streamline air inlet and matched driving motor. ·
* The impeller consists of multiple thick backward curved high-pressure blades plus front & rear disc; all impellers finish strict static & dynamic balance correction for outstanding high-pressure aerodynamic performance and stable operation. ·
* The fan casing is integrally welded with thick carbon steel plate to withstand high wind pressure; Type-A adopts motor direct mounted structure, Type-D uses pedestal + coupling transmission layout for large power configuration. ·
* Curved streamlined inlet optimizes inlet airflow to reduce resistance loss and boost pressure efficiency.

Material Properties
Featured by ultra-high total pressure, compact structure and sturdy construction, 9-26 high pressure fans are widely used for forced ventilation of forging furnace, glass factory, electroplating & ceramic industry, as well as pneumatic conveying of grain, feed, mineral powder; also matched with carton machinery and tempered glass equipment.
Standard unit is equipped with Y-series three-phase asynchronous motor; explosion-proof B-9-26 with YB flameproof motor is optional for flammable raw material conveying on request.
Benefits
Standard 9-26 fan transports clean non-corrosive, non-self-ignition harmless air; explosion-proof variant can deliver slightly flammable granular materials. Conveyed medium cannot contain sticky substance, solid grit concentration ≤150mg/m³, medium operating temperature ≤80℃.
Fan Structure
Explosion-proof B-9-26 retains identical airflow parameters, overall dimension and installation size with standard carbon steel 9-26 fan, only driving motor is replaced with explosion-proof specification.
Model Selection
· Type A: High speed direct drive (2900/2930/2950/2970/2980r/min), power range 3~200kW for high-pressure forced ventilation;
· Type D: Low-speed coupling drive (980/1450/1480/1490r/min), power range 30~500kW for bulk material pneumatic conveying.

A2: It transports non-corrosive and non-flammable gas, with gas temperature ≤80°C and dust content ≤150mg/m³.
A3: Two types are available: direct-drive A-type and belt-drive D-type.
A4: A-type features compact structure and high transmission efficiency; D-type supports adjustable rotating speed and is easy for maintenance.
A5: Yes, the fan adopts heavy-duty structure design, which is fully applicable to long-term continuous operation in industrial environments.
A6: Choose according to the required airflow, pressure, working condition, installation space and drive mode.
A7: Belt-drive D-type can realize speed adjustment by changing pulleys, while direct-drive A-type runs at fixed speed.
A8: Regularly clean dust on impeller and casing, check bearing lubrication. For D-type models, inspect belt tension and wear condition periodically.
A9: It shall be installed on a solid foundation with good shock absorption to ensure stable operation.
