* CZY series has three structural types: die-cast housing basic type, Type-I with upgraded casing, Type-II with casing + built-in silencer; all adopt compact forward curved impeller & integrated direct-coupled motor, fixed high-speed rotation at 2800/2900r/min. ·
* Die-cast aluminum shell features lightweight, high rigidity and low vibration; Type-II with extra silencer realizes obvious running noise reduction for noise-sensitive installation space. ·
* Dual voltage options: 220V single-phase /380V three-phase to match domestic and overseas civil & industrial power supply standards. ·
* Compact outlet flange design is convenient for direct connection with plastic/metal pipeline for air feeding, air suction and small-size gas conveying. * Wide power range from 0.18kW~4kW provides diversified flow & medium-high pressure combination for printing equipment, gas combustion, drying and packaging machinery supporting ventilation.

Material Properties
Featured by compact dimension, medium-high static pressure, lightweight aluminum housing and optional silencer, CZY blowers are widely matched for industrial supporting equipment: printing machinery, combustion equipment, drying oven, plastic molding, environmental small waste gas extraction and food processing air supply. Standard model is fitted with ordinary asynchronous motor; B-CZY explosion-proof variant with flameproof motor is customized for flammable solvent gas delivery environment. F-CZY full stainless steel customized impeller & casing is available for weak corrosive gas conveying.

Fan Structure
B-CZY explosion-proof blower keeps consistent performance data, installation dimension with standard CZY blower, only driving motor is replaced with explosion-proof specification.

Two fixed speeds:2800r/min (small models CZY180~CZY1100),2900r/min (CZY-I/II 1500~4000); power from 0.18kW to 4kW, various power collocation covers full flow & pressure range for different machinery supporting requirement; detailed parameters are listed in official specification.

A3: B-CZY explosion-proof blower with flameproof motor is customized for flammable volatile solvent gas conveying.
A4: F-CZY stainless steel variant resists weak acid/alkali corrosion, same mounting dimension and airflow parameter as aluminum standard model.
A5: Standard blower works under ≤80℃ clean air without sticky dirt, solid dust ≤150mg/m³.
A6: Flange dimension can be customized as per customer’s pipe specification during production.
A7: Provide required airflow, working pressure and gas medium property, we recommend matched model and power.
A8: Standard motor complies with IEC standard, CE-certified motor can be equipped as customized order for European customers.
A9: 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects after shipment; wearing parts like bearing are excluded from free warranty.
A10: Variable frequency motor is optional on request for stepless speed and airflow adjustment.
