4-72 B Series Centrifugal Fan
* Model 16B /18B /20B of 4-72 B-type centrifugal fan adopts backward curved high-efficiency airfoil impeller, heavy-duty split cast iron bearing pedestal and belt pulley transmission layout, whole set consists of volute casing, large-size impeller, bearing assembly and separately arranged driving motor. ·
* All impeller components go through precise static & dynamic balance test to guarantee low vibration and stable continuous long-time running under large air volume industrial ventilation condition. ·
* B-type belt driven design allows flexible speed adjustment via changing pulley size to match on-site required airflow and total pressure; robust thick steel casing improves wear resistance for dusty factory working environment.
* Multiple optional outlet angles can be customized to match on-site industrial pipeline layout without extra pipe transformation. ·
* Wide power & speed range configuration satisfies large-space factory ventilation, waste gas exhausting and mine air exchange engineering requirements.

Material Properties
Featured by big air volume, high efficiency, stable pressure performance and durable structure, 4-72B series fans are widely used for general factory workshop ventilation, industrial waste gas exhaust, mine ventilation, large warehouse and construction air exchange. Standard version is equipped with ordinary three-phase asynchronous motor; B-4-72 explosion-proof variant fitted with YB flameproof motor is customized for chemical plant flammable volatile waste gas exhausting. F-4-72 full stainless steel customized fan is available for corrosive acid & alkali waste gas conveying, keeping identical overall dimension and airflow parameters as standard carbon steel fan.
Benefits
Standard 4-72B fan is suitable for transporting clean non-corrosive, non-self-ignition harmless air; explosion-proof model is used for exhausting combustible volatile industrial waste gas. Conveyed medium excludes sticky viscous substance, solid dust particle ≤150mg/m³ and medium working temperature shall not exceed 80℃.
