T-405/405A Sulfurized Cottonseed Oil
DESCRIPTION
T405/T405A are two dark, slightly odorous, inactive sulfurized extreme pressure anti-wear agents. They are traditional oily agents with good economic efficiency. They are suitable for use as the main agent in metal plastic deformation processes to blend medium and low load stamping oils, drawing oils, and cold heading oils. They also have a wide range of applications in the grease industry.
REFERENCE DOSAGE
The reference dosage in guideway oil products should be 3%-6%; in hydraulic guideway oil products should be 0.5%-1.5%; in industrial gear oil about 2.5%, and in grease products should be 2%-5%.

STORAGE
This product shall be stored, loaded & unloaded and blended according to SH/T0164. The high temperature shall not exceed 75°C, and not exceed 45°C for long term storage. It is nonflammable, non-explosive and in-corrosive, and it is same as the common petroleum products in the aspects of security, environmental protection and use etc. Special protection is not needed.
PACKAGE
200kg per drum; 1MT per IBC drum; 20MT per ISO tank.
