How It Works

The liner is positioned in the cap, PET side facing up toward the consumer, foil barrier facing the product. Induction heating melts the heat seal layer against the bottle neck, creating a strong bond. The ePTFE membrane window equalizes pressure: when a hot-filled product cools, ambient air enters through the membrane to prevent vacuum; when the product is pumped out, air replaces the dispensed volume. The aluminum foil core blocks external oxygen and moisture from entering through the liner body, protecting the formulation from oxidation.
