Industrial Grade PVC Faced Drywall Panel Construction Adhesive
This water-based acrylic PVC lamination adhesive is specially developed for automatic lamination production lines of PVC laminated gypsum ceiling board, drywall, and plasterboard. It firmly bonds decorative PVC film/PVC foil to the surface of gypsum board, effectively solving common industry problems such as film edge curling, peeling, bubbling, and degumming after high-temperature transportation and humid environment storage.
Our glue features stable viscosity, good fluidity, uniform coating, fast initial tack, and high final peel strength. It is widely used in large-scale gypsum ceiling tile manufacturing factories and is compatible with all types of four-roller automatic lamination machines, helping customers reduce defective rates and improve production efficiency.
