Our fireproof rock wool sandwich panels feature two layers of high-quality color-coated steel plates or other precision pressed metal panels. After roller forming, the stripped rock wool is flipped 90 degrees (ensuring fibers are perpendicular to the upper and lower steel plates). Through high-strength, high-adhesion, and high-fireproof adhesives, the premium rock wool/glass wool is strongly bonded to the metal panel to form a beautiful, flat, and durable building panel.

The core material consists of artificial inorganic fiber made from high-quality natural rocks such as basalt and gabbro as primary raw materials. These materials are melted and fiberized at high temperature, resulting in extremely low slag and dust content with non-absorbent properties - representing genuine "real rock wool" quality.
