Pure phenol is colorless or white crystalline solid at room temperature. It may turn pale pink after long exposure to air and light. We adopt sealed packaging to guarantee stable quality during long sea transportation, fully meeting continuous production demand of thermal insulation material manufacturers.
Our phenol with purity over 99.1% is acicular crystal solid instead of powder. It will melt into clear liquid when temperature exceeds 40.5℃. We pack it in 200kg iron drums for bulk export. It is the key raw material to produce phenolic adhesive for rock wool board, perfectly matched with paraformaldehyde.
Raw material for phenolic resin used as rockwool binder:
