Stillwell water-based polyurethane floor coating is a low-VOC, low-odor two-component finishing material designed for durable indoor and outdoor flooring.

• Abrasion loss ≤0.050 g under 750 g / 500 revolutions
• Dry friction coefficient ≥0.5
• Water resistance: 168 hours without blistering or peeling
• Oil and alkali resistance: 72 hours without blistering or peeling
• Acid resistance: 48 hours without blistering or peeling
• Artificial weathering resistance: 400 hours without blistering, peeling or cracking

Application Guide

1. Clean and grind the floor. Remove dust, oil and loose material.
2. Repair cracks and holes. Base moisture content must be ≤8%.
3. Mix Components A and B thoroughly at 5:1 by weight.
4. Apply promptly. Two thin coats are recommended.
5. Allow at least 4 hours between coats at 25°C.
6. Allow foot traffic after approximately 48 hours and full service after 7 days.

Storage and Safety

Store sealed containers at 5-35°C in a cool, dry place protected from sunlight, rain, frost, fire and heat. Ensure good ventilation during application.
