Description
Cyclone Spray Scrubber is professional waste gas purification equipment for industrial dust, acid mist and odor treatment. It combines cyclone centrifugal separation and spray washing technology to realize double-stage purification. When polluted gas enters the tower, large dust particles are intercepted by cyclone rotation, and tiny harmful gas molecules are fully neutralized and absorbed through multi-layer atomized spray liquid.
The tower body is made of anti-corrosion PP or FRP, resistant to acid and alkali corrosion for long-term service. Equipped with circulating water tank, high-pressure spray pipes and built-in demister, it avoids water mist entrainment in exhaust air. The equipment features low wind resistance, high purification rate and simple maintenance. It supports automatic water circulation and dosing control to cut chemical consumption.
Widely applied in chemical, printing, coating and electroplating workshops, this scrubber efficiently removes dust, peculiar smell and acid-base waste gas. Customizable diameter, air volume and automatic control system are available to match various industrial waste gas treatment projects.
