Fully Automatic Pulse Cartridge Dust Collector supporting 24-hour unattended operation is widely applied for dust and smoke treatment in laser cutting, grinding, polishing, woodworking and powder processing workshops. It adopts high-precision filter cartridges to intercept fine dust particles, with dust removal efficiency higher than 99.5%. Equipped with automatic pulse jet cleaning system, the equipment regularly blows ash without manual intervention, keeping stable air volume and extending filter cartridge service life. It uses PLC intelligent control to realize continuous automatic operation, fitted with overcurrent and overload protection for safe running day and night. The shell can choose anti-rust coated carbon steel or 304 stainless steel. Explosion-proof structure is optional for flammable dust working conditions. Multiple air flow specifications are available, and overall size, pulse cycle and fan power can be customized according to on-site dust volume. It is reliable and low-maintenance industrial dust purification equipment.
