Each product undergoes multiple precision manufacturing procedures: integral quenching & tempering stress-relief heat treatment, overall quenching hardening, precision grinding of thread raceways, high-precision straightening, precise matching of circulation circuits, as well as enhanced dustproof and anti-rust treatment. These processes completely eliminate internal material stress and prevent common defects occurring during long-term high-speed reciprocating operation, such as bending deformation, accuracy degradation, jamming and abnormal noise, and positioning deviation.

 

Designed with precise circular arc raceways and fitted with high-precision circulating steel balls, our ball screws deliver even contact, minimal transmission backlash and ultra-high repeat positioning accuracy.
