Our factory specializes in manufacturing high-precision backup rolls, which are widely compatible with various industrial equipment including wood sanders, panel laminating production lines, film laminating machines, conveying machinery, hardware leveling equipment and more. As core load-bearing components, they undertake panel bearing, pressure equalization, and auxiliary conveying & shaping functions for machinery.
Backup rolls mainly bear panel loads and distribute pressure during equipment operation while assisting stable material conveyance. They can effectively offset processing pressure to prevent panel deformation, indentation and uneven stress distribution, comprehensively improving panel processing precision and finished product yield, and ensuring long-term stable operation of equipment.
Roll barrels are fabricated from premium raw materials including 45# precision round steel, seamless steel pipes and high-strength alloy steel. They are elaborately manufactured through multiple rigorous processes: integral quenching and tempering stress-relief heat treatment, integrated rough and precision turning, precision mirror grinding, and high-precision dynamic balance calibration. The roll barrel features uniform density and stable structure with ultra-high roundness and concentricity of the roll body. It operates without shaking or runout and boasts extremely small coaxiality deviation.
Our rolls deliver outstanding compressive load capacity, bending resistance, fatigue resistance, wear resistance and corrosion resistance. They can withstand long-duration continuous operation under heavy loads and high pressure, resisting bending deformation, abrasion and aging, which greatly reduces equipment failure risks and subsequent maintenance costs.
A variety of customized surface treatments are available based on customers’ working conditions, including precision polished smooth finish, PU coating, anti-slip rubber cladding, hard chrome plating, sandblasting and rust-proof treatment, catering to diverse production scenarios such as panel leveling, laminating conveyance, anti-slip feeding and scratch protection.
