This series of heavy load trapezoidal lead screws is designed for heavy-duty working conditions of automated conveying and lifting platforms, widely used in warehouse AS/RS, packaging conveying machinery, small hoisting equipment and non-standard automation frames. Adopting precision turning and black oxide surface treatment process, it effectively solves industry pain points such as thread stick-slip, oxidation rust and fluctuating friction resistance under heavy reciprocating load.
Material options: 45# carbon steel, 304 stainless steel, 40Cr alloy steel. After quenching and tempering heat treatment and precision thread turning, it features strong load capacity, stable friction and good rust resistance, and is not easy to deform under continuous heavy load operation.
