This series of precision motor spindles adopts multi-layer dust-proof sealing structure, which effectively blocks cutting fluid and dust from entering the bearing cavity, suitable for harsh working conditions such as dusty and wet cutting. The spindle is calibrated with high-precision dynamic balance, featuring low vibration amplitude during high-speed rotation and small temperature rise fluctuation in continuous mass production, ensuring stable workpiece surface finish.
The spindle body is forged from 40Cr alloy steel, equipped with imported bearing components. Multiple cryogenic aging treatments are carried out to reduce internal stress and enhance fatigue resistance, greatly extending the overall service life.
