Q3. What is the warranty policy?
- Consider overseas logistics costs, We provide 3% spare parts or 3‰ finished products to our customers for each batch of goods. The spare parts can be selected : mic windscreens, earpads, and cables.
- Among these, mic windscreens and earpads can be replaced directly, while cables require basic soldering skills for replacement.
