TOTM is a heat-resistant and durable plasticizer with excellent performance in resistance to evaporation, water extraction, migration, low temperature, and electrical properties. Its resistivity is high, and its heat resistance and high-temperature resistance are superior to DOTP.

Its durability is comparable to polymeric plasticizers, while maintaining growth rate efficiency and processing performance similar to phthalic acid plasticizers.
- With high electrical resistivity and superior heat resistance compared to DOTP, TOTM is primarily used for heat-resistant cable materials (105 degrees Celsius), plates, sealing gaskets, and other products requiring exceptional heat resistance and durability.
