Introduction
The 500LPH Two Stage RO Water Treatment System is designed for stable production of purified and demineralized process water used in cosmetics, food processing, daily chemicals and industrial manufacturing.
The system combines sand filtration, activated carbon treatment, resin pretreatment and two-stage reverse osmosis membrane separation to reduce suspended solids, hardness, dissolved salts and other impurities.
Compared with conventional ion exchange purification processes requiring frequent regeneration, the RO system mainly uses physical membrane separation, providing easier operation and more stable continuous water treatment.
The supplied configuration adopts a SUS304 stainless steel structure, U-PVC piping, RO membrane modules, flow meters, pressure monitoring and centralized control cabinet, with a reference purified water capacity of 500L/H.

The water treatment system solves the troubles of frequent regeneration and cleaning during the use of ion exchanging water purifier.
By adopting physical principle, it makes the water separates impurities when passing the reverse osmosis film. So that the water can meet the industries' requirements and put into use.
We use U-PVC pipe which is acidproof, alkali resistant and will not affect the water's quality. SS 304 bracket. Imported RO membrane.

1. What is the difference between this system and a single stage RO machine?
This model uses two-stage reverse osmosis treatment, allowing the water to pass through RO purification twice for improved reduction of dissolved salts and more stable final water quality.
2. What is the production capacity?
The reference purified water output is 500L per hour.Actual output may vary according to raw water temperature, pressure, TDS and membrane condition.
3. What pretreatment does the system include?
The supplied configuration includes sand filtration, activated carbon filtration and resin treatment before the RO membrane system.These stages help remove suspended solids, chlorine and hardness while protecting the RO membranes.
4. Can this RO system be used for cosmetic production?
Yes. It is suitable for purified process water used in shampoo, lotion, cream, liquid soap, shower gel and other cosmetic manufacturing processes.
5. Can it be used for pharmaceutical production?
