IntroductionThe High Shear Blending Mixing Tank is designed for batch mixing, blending and heating of liquid and semi-viscous materials. It is mainly used in daily chemical, cosmetic and related processing applications such as shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, liquid detergent and hair gel.
The tank is equipped with an adjustable agitator to provide stable material circulation and uniform blending. Steam heating or electric heating can be selected according to production requirements. A high-speed homogenizer can also be added when stronger dispersion and emulsification are required.
The standard configuration shown is 500L, while capacities from approximately 20L to 10,000L can be customized for different production scales.
