Usage
The movable high shear homogenizer is designed for efficient mixing, dispersing, emulsifying and homogenizing of liquid and semi-viscous materials. The high-speed rotor-stator homogenizing head generates strong shear force and intense material circulation, helping break down agglomerates and produce a finer, more uniform mixture.
The lifting design allows the homogenizing head to move vertically for easier material loading, tank replacement and cleaning. The mobile stainless steel tank also provides greater flexibility for batch production.
It is suitable for cosmetics, shampoo, liquid soap, cream, lotion, paint, coatings and various chemical formulations.
