The mixing lid can be hydraulically lifted for convenient cleaning and maintenance, while the tilting tank allows easier discharge of high-viscosity products. - High-Shear Homogenizing System
Provides strong shearing and dispersion to produce finer, smoother and more uniform emulsions. - Heating & Cooling Jacket
The jacketed tank supports heating and cooling for better temperature control during different production processes. - SS316L Contact Parts & PTFE Scraper
Product-contact parts can be made of SS316L stainless steel, while the PTFE wall scraper continuously removes material from the tank wall for more uniform mixing and heat transfer.
