Introduction
The Automatic Two Color Spiral Filling Machine is designed for decorative cosmetic filling applications including pearl eye cream, body lotion, facial cream, gel and other cosmetic products requiring two color, spiral or 3D pattern effects.
The machine uses a dual material filling system that allows two different colors or formulations to be dispensed according to preset filling parameters. By controlling material dosage and filling movement, the machine can create attractive spiral, pearl and decorative patterns inside cosmetic jars, bottles and other containers.
