Introduction
The 100L Stainless Steel Homogenizing Mixing Tank is designed for small-batch production of shampoo, body lotion, shower gel, liquid detergent, hand sanitizer and other daily chemical products.
The machine combines low-speed mixing, high-shear homogenizing and emulsifying functions in one compact processing tank. The top agitator provides stable material circulation at 0–60 rpm, while the high-speed homogenizer operates up to 3000 rpm to improve dispersion and product uniformity.
The supplied configuration uses SUS304 and SS316L stainless steel, with approximately 11kW total power. The 100L model is especially suitable for pilot production, small-batch manufacturing and factories producing multiple formulations.
