Introduction
The Semi-Automatic Pneumatic Piston Filling Machine is designed for quantitative filling of cream, gel, toothpaste, paste and other medium-to-high viscosity products.
The machine is powered by compressed air and uses a pneumatic piston dosing system to draw and dispense a preset volume of material. The filling volume can be adjusted within the selected cylinder range, making it suitable for different bottle and jar sizes.
A standard 30L stainless steel hopper provides gravity feeding, while SS316L product-contact parts are available for applications requiring improved hygiene and corrosion resistance. Sanitary clamp connections allow convenient disassembly and cleaning of the product-contact components.
